Job summary

Sage Sales Representative at Stryker drives sales of Sage products by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, clinicians, and end-users. You will negotiate pricing, manage orders and stay informed on industry trends to position our offerings effectively.

You will work with marketing and support teams to exceed sales targets, deliver superior service, and pursue continuous clinical and financial improvements for facilities and patients served by Stryker’s Sage solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence is required.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by maintaining relationships with key influencers in accounts and end-users.
• Become the Sage product expert to engage clinical specialists, nurses, educators and administrators.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving with honesty and integrity.
• Drive protocol improvements and deliver clinical and financial improvements for customers.
• Position Stryker’s Sage products through market knowledge and consultative selling.
