Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sage Sales Representative to promote Sage products to healthcare facilities. You will drive sales, build relationships with key influencers and negotiate pricing while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Role emphasizes clinical knowledge, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with marketing and support teams to exceed targets and deliver improved patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a base of accounts by building relationships with influencers, distributors and end-users.
• Meet assigned quotas and defend your base of business through consultative selling.
• Become the Sage product expert for clinicians, nurses, educators and administrators.
• Deliver excellent customer service, solve problems, and provide honest, responsive support.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth and improve outcomes.
• Apply clinical knowledge and healthcare insights to position products effectively.
