Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support the biomedical and facilities teams with daily asset tracking, delivery, and equipment movement across the campus. Under intermediate supervision, you will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and readiness of clinical equipment, manage asset documents in the CMMS, and assist staff with supplies and rounds to ensure operational efficiency.

The position is full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years’ hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Asset management and rapid delivery/pick-up of equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and PM status for equipment.
• Perform inspections and prepare equipment for Biomed office.
• Track equipment location using the equipment tracking system.
• Assist with battery lifecycle management and disposal/repurposing.
