Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients with delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical device equipment.
• Maintain superior customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.
• Prepare equipment for patient use including disinfection and quality validation.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to support delivery, retrieval and onsite service.
• Assist with order management and documentation using company devices.
