Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care) is seeking a Field Service Representative I in Columbus, OH to deliver, install and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment for healthcare clients.

You will drive a company vehicle, support customers, manage inventory, and participate in training. A HS diploma, customer-facing experience, valid driver’s license, and associate degree or higher are required; willingness to travel up to 20% and to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• An associate degree or higher
• Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
• Ability to meet physical requirements as per Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

Aufgaben

• Deliver, pickup and maintain medical device equipment.
• Interface with customers daily to provide superior service.
• Track inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with training and travel as needed
