Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Field Service Representative I for Columbus, OH. You will support healthcare clients with delivery, setup, maintenance, and inventory management of medical devices, while ensuring exceptional service and safety compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 20% may be necessary; on-site work is expected in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
1 year of customer-facing experience in private/public/government/military environment.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
Able to meet physical requirements and pass safety evaluations.

Responsibilities

Serve healthcare clients with superior customer service; ensure delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical devices.
Track inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies; maintain records.
Load/unload equipment from company vehicles and assist with site readiness; organize housekeeping and safety compliance.
Attend training and related business functions; travel may be required (up to ~20% domestically).
