Job summary

Prescott's Med in Indianapolis is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician to support Washer Solutions, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation support and equipment upgrades on industrial washing and sterilization systems.

Travel up to 60–90% to hospitals and facilities, maintain proactive communication with customers, complete service call reports promptly, and help identify sales opportunities while upholding safety, quality, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years' experience with technical school training, or three to five years' experience without advanced training.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of Getinge (Castle) and/or Steris (AMSCO) equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and proficiency with Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for industrial washing, sterilization and surgical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Complete service call reports within 24 hours of service; manage parts inventory and scheduling.
