Steris Corporation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Equipment Repair Technician II responsible for disassembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, refurbishing, and reassembling medical equipment. You will use hand tools, electrical/mechanical diagnostics, and work both independently and with teammates to meet customer orders and quality standards.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, flexibility for overtime, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical fields.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends, flexible shifts.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, refurbish, and reassemble components and equipment.
• Use hand tools, diagnostic devices, and electro-mechanical/hydraulic techniques.
• Work independently and with teammates to meet customer orders and quality standards.
• Back up other production positions including material handling and shipping/receiving.
• Maintain safety and quality as per procedures and policies.
