Job summary

EMSAR seeks an intermediate-level Field Service Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital beds, exam tables, and related devices at customer sites in the Hickory, NC area.

You will provide technical service support, manage work orders via ServiceMax, and communicate with dispatchers to coordinate scheduling. Weekend/overnight travel may be required; training is provided, and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, service manuals, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Knowledge of field service engineering practices and equipment.
• Intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital beds and related equipment.
