Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Rental Service Consultant in Roselle, IL, to handle delivery, pickup, maintenance, cleaning and QC of medical equipment. The role demands strong customer service, adherence to infection control, and DOT-compliant driving with the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities include equipment preparation, documentation processing, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring timely service in coordination with Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ distribution or field ops experience.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT qualifications.
• MS Office and ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and documentation for delivery.
• Load/unload equipment at customer facilities and service center.
• Provide high-level customer service to customers and patients.
• Process deliveries and pickups documentation.
• Drive company vehicle for deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform QC checks.
• Troubleshoot minor repairs using hand tools.
• Follow safety instructions and meet performance standards.
• Coordinate with Operations to prep products for use.
• Travel as needed and work flexible hours.
