Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Service Consultant to manage delivery, pick up, maintenance, cleaning and quality control of medical equipment. The role ensures infection control procedures align with government regulations and company standards.

The position requires a valid driver's license, at least 2 years in field operations, and strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates must be able to travel, work flex hours including weekends, and support the Operations team in timely equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' distribution or field operations experience servicing customers.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass DOT-related requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP/database familiarity preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and documentation for delivery to customers.
• Load/unload equipment at customer facilities and service center.
• Provide high level customer service to external/internal customers and patients.
• Process deliveries and pickups; manage documentation.
• Ensure accurate equipment location and assist in locating misplaced items.
• Operate company vehicle for deliveries and pickups.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and document records.
• Clean and disinfect equipment; conduct quality control and basic repairs.
• Follow safety instructions and meet performance standards.
• Coordinate with Operations to prepare products for patient use.
