Job summary

Arjo in Roselle, IL seeks a Service Consultant to handle delivery, pickup, maintenance and quality control of medical equipment, ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance.

The role requires customer-facing service with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, valid driver’s license, DOT readiness, and ability to travel as needed; shift 10:00AM–6:30PM, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and clean driving record.
• Experience delivering, loading/unloading, and servicing medical equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and documents for delivery to facilities and patients.
• Load/unload equipment at customer sites and service center.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers.
• Process deliveries, pickups, and related documentation.
• Ensure equipment location is tracked and proper disposal when needed.
• Drive company vehicle for deliveries and pickups; perform routine maintenance.
• Clean, disinfect, and perform quality control on equipment; minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety instructions and work within scheduled shifts.
