Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on proper use. You will handle set-up, follow routes, and maintain equipment while upholding patient relations and safety standards.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, adherence to FDA and DOT requirements, and maintaining professional image with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety.
• Build strong patient and team relationships.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean and FDA-compliant.
• Serve on-call rotation during evenings/weekends as needed.
