Job summary

Us Med- Equip is seeking a Delivery Technician to load, transport, and deliver life-saving medical equipment to healthcare facilities. The role collaborates with operations and sales to ensure superior customer service to hospital partners.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work across multiple shifts, including on-call as needed. DOT certification/physical is required to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist in service, shipment, and receiving in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and address equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear company uniform.
• Follow operations processes and quality management standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales reps and other teams on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
