Carle Illinois College of Medicine at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign seeks outstanding Teaching Faculty to educate medical students in foundational sciences through active learning and case-driven methods. Opportunities include research in medical education and service roles within the department.

The appointment is 100% full-time non-tenure track, with a 12-month service year. Salary ranges depend on rank: $115,000–$130,000 (TA), $130,000–$145,000 (Associate), and $145,000–$160,000

Competenze

• Minimum: PhD in a field related to the Carle Illinois mission and curriculum and/or MD/DO.
• At least 2–5 years of successful teaching experience in higher education.
• Preferred: Degrees in biomedical sciences and engineering; teaching in medical school.
