• Provide 100% outpatient care with EMR-enabled visits (in person and virtual).
• Answer calls via phone with Nurse support and group collaboration.
• Integrate with a team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs.
• Participate in team-based care model for patient management.
• Engage in teaching opportunities through Carle Foundation Hospital residency program and Carle Illinois College of Medicine.
• Optional additional hours in Urgent Care and potential research affiliation.
