The Medical Education Specialist assists in thedevelopment and coordination of elements related to the Office ofMedical Education, including the administration of the first-yearDO pre-clinical curriculum as well as the Master of Arts inBiomedical Science curriculum. This position supportsfacultyclassroom instruction and testing including the compiling andformatting of exams,administering exams,assisting inmaintainingaccurate grades, posting of all teaching materials toCanvas courses, and administering class assessments. This positionworks closely with the Associate Dean for Curricular Assessment andQuality and reports to the Director of Medical Education. TheMedical Education Specialist will have significant interaction withboth students and faculty, and an amicable, professional demeanoris essential.
