Xavier University invites applications for non-tenure-track Biomedical Science Faculty in the Division of Anatomy within Xavier University College of Osteopathic Medicine (XUCOM). The 12-month positions begin in June 2027 and focus on developing the basic science curriculum, creating assessments, operating the gross anatomy lab, and mentoring medical students.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in discipline related to medical education (PhD, MD, DO).
• 1-3 years teaching experience in medical education or graduate education (preferred).
• Evidence of student mentoring (preferred).
• Applicants with expertise in histology and histological techniques will be especially considered (preferred).

• Designs and delivers curricular content within the College of Osteopathic Medicine.

The proposed College of Osteopathic Medicine at Xavier University(XUCOM) invites applications for non-tenure-track faculty in theDivision of Anatomy. The 12-month positions beginning in June of2027 is involved in the creation, development, and delivery of thebasic science medical curriculum, the creation and evaluation ofassessments, operation of the gross anatomy lab, and providementorship and guidance for medical students. The biomedicalscience faculty report to the Associate Dean of Faculty and MedicalPrograms.
