Job summary

Medscape Education, a division of WebMD, seeks a Research Analyst to support medical education evaluation and grant-seeking efforts. You will assess programs and translate data into insights for stakeholders, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate report drafting and delivery.

You will communicate with stakeholders, analyze data from diverse sources, and design reports with tables and visuals for internal and external audiences, contributing to impactful clinician education worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Behavioral or Social science, Statistics, Public Health, or Market Research or a similar field.
• At least 1 year plus of relevant experience in research and data analytics.
• Knowledge of research methodology and statistics and best practices for reporting data and outcomes to internal/external stakeholders.
• Above-average skills using Excel for reporting analysis and creating PowerPoint slides; comfort using AI tools to support analysis and report development and quality assurance.
• Prior experience prioritizing and completing multiple projects simultaneously for different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs.
• Manipulate data from a variety of sources and perform statistical analysis using Excel, R, SPSS, and/or SAS, to understand trends and replicability of the findings.
• Design and prepare reports and presentations using tables, visualizations, and infographics for stakeholders.
• Assist with data exploration and analysis for evaluation and insights projects with open-ended questions.
• Assist with data analysis and write-ups for conference abstracts and publications.
• Apply AI tools to streamline report delivery timelines, including automating first-draft summaries and data validation checks.
