Job summary

Medscape Education is seeking a Research Analyst to support medical education evaluation and grant-seeking efforts. You will assess programs that improve clinicians' knowledge and performance and translate data into insights for stakeholders, increasingly leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate report drafting.

You will communicate with stakeholders, manipulate data from various sources, and perform statistical analyses using Excel, R, SPSS, and SAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Behavioral or Social science, Statistics, Public Health, or Market Research.
• 1+ year of research and data analytics experience.
• Knowledge of research methodology and statistics for reporting data and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to create PowerPoint presentations; willingness to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects for different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand analytical and reporting needs from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manipulate data from various sources and perform statistical analyses using Excel, R, SPSS, and/or SAS.
• Design reports and presentations with tables, visuals, and infographics for diverse audiences.
• Assist with data exploration and analysis for evaluation and insights projects.
• Assist with data analysis and write-ups for conference abstracts and publications.
• Apply AI tools to streamline report delivery timelines.
