WebMD is seeking an AI Automation Analyst to join Medscape Education and drive AI-powered automation. This hybrid role blends analysis and engineering to prototype, implement tools, and optimize processes.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications and support project requirements. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of experience in a technical/analyst role, hands-on AI/ML work, and skills in GenAI, LLMs, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in a technical or analyst role.
• Experience prototyping and tool implementation with AI.
• Familiar with no-code/low-code platforms and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping and Tooling: create hands-on prototypes and utilities using open-source GenAI techs.
• Evaluation and support no-code/low-code platforms to streamline workflows.
• Assist in requirements translation and document user stories for AI projects.
• Support AI-first workflows across teams and provide training on new tools.
