Job summary

Connecticut Children's is seeking a Medical Education Registrar to manage onboarding and off-boarding for learners, schedule coordination, and maintenance of learner electronic files. You will work with faculty, staff, coordinators, and learners, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality customer service.

The role requires strong Smartsheet skills, data management, and collaboration with IT on learner information systems, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and customer service standards.
• Strong data entry and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains Smartsheet sheets, reports, workflows, and dashboards for registration system.
• Monitors and optimizes Smartsheet solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy of registration system.
• Serves as an expert resource for Smartsheet and Request Access System (RAS).
• Develops and implements everyday Smartsheet logistics, policies, procedures and processes.
• Ensures registration documentation meets regulatory requirements and is securely stored for audits.
