Connecticut Children’s is seeking a Medical Education Registrar to manage learner onboarding/off-boarding, registrations, reports, and documentation across systems. You will create and maintain Smartsheet workbooks, dashboards, and workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years related experience.
• Experience with learner records or registration systems is a plus.
• Strong data entry, communication skills and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding/off-boarding for medical education learners (students, residents, fellows).
• Maintain and update learner registration records and rosters across systems.
• Develop and maintain Smartsheet sheets, reports, workflows and dashboards for registration.
• Coordinate with IT and legal teams on affiliations, contracts and system needs.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements and can be retrieved quickly during inspections.
