Job summary

Sirtex Medical is seeking a Professional Education Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Professional Education team. You will coordinate speaker programs, SOWs, faculty logistics, events, attendee communications, and post-program reporting while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with travel 5–10% for events and meetings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, 1–3 years in event coordination, and experience with Cvent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work-equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or travel is preferred.
• Knowledge of AdvaMed guidelines and HCP spend reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for physician education programs and speaker programs.
• Build and manage program timelines and approvals to keep planning on track.
• Prepare and manage Speaker Statements of Work (SOWs) and consulting agreements.
• Track contract status and ensure speakers are contracted in advance of events.
• Coordinate faculty logistics including invitations, travel, and honoraria.
• Manage event registrations in Cvent and communications with attendees.
