Job summary

Sirtex Medical Inc. is seeking a Professional Education Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Professional Education team, coordinating speaker programs, SOWs, faculty logistics, events, attendee communications and reporting.

This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and compliance with medical device regulations. The position offers a base salary of USD 50,000–68,000 yearly, plus a target bonus of 5%, health benefits, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Experience with Cvent or similar event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for physician education programs.
• Build and manage program timelines to secure approvals and steps.
• Coordinate Speaker Statements of Work (SOWs) and consulting agreements with Legal.
• Track contract status and ensure speakers are contracted in advance.
• Coordinate faculty logistics, including invitations, travel, accommodations, honoraria.
• Build and manage event registrations in Cvent and manage attendee communications.
• Coordinate attendee travel and hotel accommodations.
• Assist with post-program reporting, attendance tracking, and reimbursements.
• Assist with speaker nominations and updating the active speaker roster.
