Job summary

South Dakota Board of Regents is seeking an Academic Assistant for USD Sanford School of Medicine's Office of Medical Education. The role supports Pillars 2 & 3 curriculum through schedule management, LMS administration, and coordination of educational activities.

The position also acts as a liaison among regional campuses, FARM program, SSOM administration, faculty, and students. Ideal candidates will maintain relationships, communicate effectively, and work independently with high accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty and staff.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for academic programming.
• Administer learning management systems and related tools (One45 and D2L).
• Coordinate educational activities and liaise between campuses, FARM program, SSOM administration, clinical faculty and students.
