Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex educational projects for healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in medical education.
• Experience coordinating internal and external partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to develop tailored medical education materials and promotional resources.
• Manage internal and external partners, agencies, and contributors for diverse learning formats (non-personal digital, speaker-led events, forums).
• Identify new business opportunities to enhance the healthcare professional experience.
• Ensure activities comply with applicable regulations and policies.
• Apply strategic goals in discussions with medical, legal, and regulatory teams.
• Lead content strategy and learning experience initiatives with agile mindset.
• Conduct content inventories, analytics, and testing to optimize performance.
• Develop content development and measurement plans for learning effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Regularly assess medical education resources for improvements and forecasting.
