Are you ready to make a profound impact on medical education and patient outcomes? This pivotal role offers you the chance to drive the creation of tailored promotional and peer-to-peer medical education resources, significantly enhancing the experience of healthcare professionals and expanding the organization's offerings. You will manage complex projects from conception to completion, collaborating with diverse internal and external partners to deliver impactful educational initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence how critical medical information is disseminated, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment while continuously seeking new avenues for engagement and learning, ultimately shaping the future of medical education and patient care.

What You'll Do
  • Consult with stakeholders to develop tailored promotional resources and peer-to-peer medical education materials.
  • Manage internal and external partners, agencies, and contributors in the development of promotional resources for healthcare professional customers, including non-personal digital learning, self-directed learning, and personal, speaker-led events or specialized medical forums (such as symposia, lectures, peer discussion groups, remote forums).
  • Identify, vet, and lead new business opportunities to advance the healthcare professional experience and overall company offerings.
  • Ensure all activities are developed, planned, and conducted in full compliance with appropriate regulations and policies.
  • Effectively apply and articulate strategic goals for resources in conversations with medical, legal, and regulatory partners.
  • Explore and drive empathy-rooted content strategies for both customers and their patients.
  • Conduct content inventories and audits, comparative analyses, analytics evaluations, and content testing to uncover meaningful insights into content performance and user behavior/preferences.
  • Execute enhanced content experiences, ecosystems, and processes, incorporating continuous feedback and learnings.
  • Create content development plans and measurement plans that optimize content and overall learning experiences.
  • Identify inconsistencies or outdated practices and recommend paths forward to improved effectiveness.
  • Participate in and facilitate regular collaboration and feedback sessions to ensure high-quality delivery and customer experience.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to advance medical education success and sustainability.
  • Leverage and manage internal and external partners, medical education agencies, vendors, and resources to develop compliant medical education content and channels across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Oversee end-to-end process, budget, and project management of medical education resources and overall healthcare professional educational experiences, including cross‑functional collaboration on content development and approval, speaker guidance for video session recordings, and content sharing for training events.
  • Complete annual and ongoing assessments of medical education resources for continuous learning and improvements, as well as annual budget and forecast planning (measuring engagement, key performance metrics, success factors, and learnings related to organization‑defined medical education plans).
Required Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated, driven, and capable of understanding the big picture.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills and proven stakeholder management abilities (setting expectations, anticipating concerns, maintaining a broad perspective, raising differing opinions, and possessing the courage to challenge the status quo).
  • Ability to think creatively, critically, and collaboratively while being both solution‑and detail‑oriented.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, productivity, decisiveness, and laser‑focused attention in constantly changing and demanding environments.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and navigate or create a path forward where no established processes or precedent exists.
  • Aptitude to understand complex scientific information, connect it to business objectives, and translate it into a memorable, highly retentive learning experience that enables product consideration and adoption.
