Click for a complete list of Employee Benefits.The Medical Education Program Coordinator in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) is responsible for the coordination and administration of the department's fellowship programs and the medical student clerkship. This position manages day-to-day program operations such as scheduling rotations, organizing recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding and orientation, maintaining program accreditation compliance, handling evaluations, supporting program directors and trainees, and managing program events. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between faculty, fellows, medical students, and the GME office, facilitating clear communication and ensuring the timely completion of program requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for success.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations of the fellowship program(s) and the medical student clerkship program within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Provide administrative support to the Program Director(s) and departmental leadership related to program initiatives and curriculum development.Serve as the primary liaison between program leadership, trainees, faculty, hospital departments, and institutional graduate medical education offices.
