Job summary

The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Medical Education Program Coordinator to join the IM Office of Education. You will collect and analyze data from Residency and Undergraduate Medical Education, enter data as needed, and provide recommendations to improve compliance and program outcomes.

You will update and maintain residency and fellowship websites and social media to attract high-quality applicants, work with program directors, support recruitment, and help maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 5 years related experience.
• Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Able to learn and use multiple software programs quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional and inclusive.
• Experience supporting education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support program improvement.
• Update and maintain residency and fellowship websites and social media.
• Assist recruitment of new residents and maintain relevant databases.
• Collaborate with program directors to identify trends affecting student success.
• Provide recommendations to ensure compliance and program efficacy.
