The role involves coordinating course materials, managing learning management systems like Canvas, tracking faculty workloads for payments, and collaborating with faculty to improve curriculum delivery. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate foundational science courses to meet objectives and ensure standards.
• Manage scheduling of facilities and resources for college.
• Prepare course materials as directed by faculty and course directors.
• Support simulation and interprofessional education activities.
• Attend curricular and staff meetings and maintain Canvas materials.
• Coordinate tracking for faculty educational assistance for payments.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership on program design and delivery.
• Provide NBME/exam related support and compliance guidance.
