Coordinate and proctor exams for students with approved testing accommodations. Ensure a secure, confidential, and supportive testing environment, including proper handling of exams and testing documentation. Collaborate with faculty, students, and Accessibility Services to schedule and administer accommodated exams. Support compliance with ADA, Section 504, FERPA, and university policies.
Assist with information sessions, campus tours, outreach activities, and enrollment events. Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students and their families. Prepare recruitment materials and support communication campaigns.
Provide centralized and general office support for Student Affairs and Enrollment (answering phones, responding to email inquiries, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining shared calendars). Maintain accurate electronic and physical records. Assist with reports, tracking tools, and data entry using Microsoft Excel. Support special projects and process improvement initiatives across Student Affairs and Recruitment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Experience in higher education, disability services, recruitment, enrollment, or administrative support preferred. Familiarity with ADA accommodations, FERPA, and student support services preferred.
