Job summary

Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Educational Learning Specialist to support medical students in strengthening learning strategies and maximizing academic success through individualized counseling and data-informed support.

Through collaboration with faculty and campus partners, you will help students enhance learning persistence and achievement across the academic spectrum. This on-site role is based in Provo, Utah, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide individualized academic counseling related to learning strategies and growth.
• Ability to interpret performance data to adjust learning approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic counseling related to learning strategies, time management, and study skills.
• Facilitate metacognition, self-awareness, and ownership of learning.
• Interpret performance data to adjust learning approaches and monitor trends.
• Maintain confidential documentation per FERPA and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with faculty to connect students with resources and support.
• Contribute to Academic Success initiatives and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Engage in professional development related to learning science and medical education.
