Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Higher Education, Educational Psychology, Sciences, Medical Education, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with diverse adult learners in higher education or medical education settings.
• Familiar with high-impact learning and study strategies.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate programs, services, and resources that support student retention, academic success, and individualized support throughout the Shared Discovery Curriculum.
