SGS Consulting in Boston seeks a Medical Affairs Grants & Education Specialist to support educational grant and sponsorship programs. You will triage proposals, manage communications, and collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Medical Directors.

The role includes co-developing budgets, guiding CGAs, overseeing approval workflows, and producing reporting that highlights program impact and educational gaps. Strong regulatory knowledge and communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science–related field required.
• 2+ years in Medical Affairs, medical education, or related pharma functions.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory guidelines for independent medical education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the triage and review of educational grant proposals for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
• Monitor applicant communications and collaborate with internal teams to support the grant review process.
• Co-develop annual educational budgets and adjust forecasts as needed.
• Oversee CGA development, approvals, and related E&C and Legal processes.
• Lead data collection and reporting to identify gaps, insights, and program impact.
• Suggest process improvements for grants and sponsorship workflows.
