Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of evaluation processes for all phases of the medical education program
• Create and maintain evaluation forms aligned with key quality standards
• Implement plans for gathering feedback on course and curriculum quality and inform faculty and students of the process
• Assist curriculum/course coordinators with dissemination of evaluations
• Schedule, deliver, and collect evaluations to support the team
• Load rosters, manage demographic imports, and build schedules in systems
• Provide reports guiding continuous quality improvement with measurable outcomes
• Ensure data capture of teaching quality, learning outcomes, and clinical experience metrics
• Manage timelines and logistics to meet deadlines and disseminate data
• Ensure curriculum map aligns with Education Program Objectives (EPOs) and verification by faculty
• Coordinate scheduling of Curriculum Committee meetings and subcommittees
• Assist with accreditation compliance and curricular updates
• Liaise with faculty, students, and staff to gather feedback on curricular decisions
