Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be extremely computer literate in Windows environment.
• Experience with CMEmanager, Cactus and Quicken is preferred.
• 3+ years coordinating medical education or healthcare meetings with documentation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all CME activities sponsored by The Cooper Health System.
• Registrar for all external conferences and attendance records.
• Provide office support under the Director of CME.
• Work in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment with healthcare professionals and time constraints.
