Job summary

Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH seeks an Assessment Administrator to oversee exam administration for the Foundations of Medicine and Health. You will coordinate formative and summative assessments, supervise the electronic assessment system, and train facilitators.

You will work with NBME, faculty, and curriculum staff to ensure data accuracy, grading, and reporting across Years 1 and 2, contributing to LCME accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience required.
• Experience in an academic medicine setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formative and summative student assessments for the UP School of Medicine.
• Manage the learning management program for assessments and train facilitators.
• Collaborate with NBME and faculty to develop, administer, and report exams.
• Track exam scores and ensure timely, accurate reporting of grades.
• Serve as chief proctor for exams and recruit/train proctors.
