Job summary

UnityPoint Health-Meriter seeks an Medical Education Analyst for Graduate Medical Education. The role supports coordinating resident and fellow rotations, onboarding, evaluations, and compliance aligned with accreditation and institutional requirements.

Under guidance of program leadership, you will handle data systems, orientation logistics, and provide admin support to faculty, residents, and students. After orientation, the position becomes hybrid and part-time remote.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• At least 3 years progressive administrative/coordination experience in education or healthcare.
• Experience coordinating graduate medical education activities (rotations, onboarding, evaluations).
• Ability to manage data systems and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute graduate medical education programs, including resident and fellow rotations.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, evaluations, and accreditation/compliance processes.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to faculty, residents, and students.
• Assist with orientation, access needs, and data systems management.

Medical Education Analyst- Graduate Medical Education

Shift: Weekdays, 7:30a-4p.

The Medical Education Analyst- Graduate Medical Education supports the effective coordination and execution of graduate medical education (GME) programs, including resident and fellow rotations and other healthcare students.

This role works under the guidance of program leadership to ensure all scheduling, onboarding, evaluation, and compliance processes are aligned with accreditation and institutional requirements. The analyst manages key data systems, coordinates orientation and access needs, and provides logistical and administrative support to faculty, residents, and students.

Upon successful completion of orientation, this role will be hybrid, working part time in-office and part time remotely.
