Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Frederick for a full-time evening shift. You will drive a company vehicle across the DMV area, transporting lab specimens and medical materials, while using a handheld scanner to track items.

A strong focus on safety, reliability, and professional client interaction is required. The role offers on-site work with a fixed schedule, training provided, and opportunities for career growth within a nationally expanding healthcare

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Dependability and reliability are essential for daily routes.
• Comfort with technology and scanning devices.
• Ability to follow procedures and routes accurately.
• Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, records, and supplies.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload items safely and maintain a neat vehicle.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to schedules and route assignments across multiple client sites.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and collaborate with teammates.
