Prolific Academic Ltd. is seeking Medical Doctors to train and evaluate AI models. You will be invited to join as a Domain Expert and paid per AI task completed, with pay ranging from $80 to $150 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Tasks require about one hour of uninterrupted work, though they can be shorter. Applicants should have a valid medical license, recent clinical experience, and be comfortable with short screener assessments.

Qualifications

• Medical doctor with current license/registration.
• Recent clinical experience and ability to assess clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility screener to join Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed).
• PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
