Job summary

Prolific Academic Ltd is seeking Medical Doctors to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. If selected, you’ll complete a quick test and join as a Domain Expert participant, earning payments for AI tasks. Most tasks pay between $80 and $150 per hour, depending on skills and task complexity.

You’ll work on clinical scenarios, review AI-generated responses, and provide high-quality feedback. You can work from home with flexible hours; a reliable internet connection and PayPal are required

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed medical doctor with current license in good standing.
• Recent clinical experience in evaluating clinical reasoning and decision-making.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as self-employed.
• PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
