Job summary

Community Care Cooperative is seeking a Medical Director in Boston to lead the clinical effectiveness and implementation of our value‑based model of care. The role partners with the CMO to hit quality targets and cost savings while driving innovation across FQHC collaborations.

The Director will coordinate with quality, risk adjustment, Medicare/Medicaid strategies, policy, care management, and other teams to maximize center performance and patient outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) required.
• 3+ years of management in clinical, consulting, health plan operations, provider practice or hospital leadership or equivalent.
• Experience with value‑based care and MassHealth ACO programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with evidence‑based practices in healthcare delivery to inform organizational strategy.
• Lead development and implementation of clinical programs and performance standards, including care management and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate across operations, quality, IT, analytics, policy, and finance to ensure effectiveness of clinical initiatives.
