Job summary

The role balances high-level clinical leadership with hands-on practice at a C3 FQHC site, supporting teams across quality, IT, analytics, and policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers.
• Experience with value-based payment models.
• Experience leading change in clinical settings.
• Experience with on-the-ground quality improvement efforts.
• Experience with behavioral health and needs of marginalized populations preferred.
• Experience at the intersection of IT and clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with evidence-based practices and innovations in healthcare delivery and technology.
• Develops and implements clinical strategies, programs, and performance standards.
• Collaborates across teams to ensure effectiveness of clinical initiatives.
• Provides analytic interpretation of clinical and cost trends to guide interventions.
• Leads value-based care initiatives and partnerships with CMOs and health center leaders.
• Balances C3 duties with active clinical practice at a C3 FQHC site (approximately 80/20).
