Upperline Health is seeking a Medical Director for the Baltimore market to advance clinical excellence, strengthen provider engagement, and lead clinical value-based care across the region. The role combines direct patient care, clinical leadership, and VBC program management, partnering with central teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active Maryland medical license.
• Approximately 5 years outpatient practice experience.
• Experience with value-based care programs and clinical leadership/coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Upperline Plus in the Baltimore market.
• Lead clinical value-based care initiatives and program management.
• Spend 30–50% of time in the clinic in the greater Baltimore area.
• Collaborate with central interdisciplinary, population health, and operations teams.
• Coach nurse practitioners and drive quality outcomes.
