Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Medical Director for the Atlanta market (central and northwest Atlanta metro) to advance clinical excellence, strengthen provider engagement and lead clinical value-based care across the market. This role combines patient care, clinical leadership, and VBC program management, partnering with central teams.

The Medical Director will see a small panel of patients, provide clinical oversight, coach nurse practitioners, and drive VBC initiatives with a focus on

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active license in Georgia and willingness to pursue multi-state licensure if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and hands-on coaching to Upperline Plus clinicians.
• Lead clinical value-based care initiatives across the Atlanta market.
• See a small panel of patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify market opportunities and improve clinical processes.
