Job summary

Vytalize Health seeks a Regional Medical Officer to lead Market Medical Directors across designated regions, driving VBC transformation and provider collaboration. You will mentor directors, ensure clinical excellence, and align strategies with organizational goals, while optimizing practice performance and cost management.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO with board certification and have 5+ years clinical experience, including leadership in an ACO or similar setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license and board certification.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an ACO or similar.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; familiarity with EMR and CMS/ACO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Market Medical Directors to scale value-based care initiatives.
• Oversee pod performance and ensure clinical and financial success.
• Review KPIs and utilization metrics; drive regional continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Regional VPs, Practice Transformation, Risk & Quality, Product & Tech teams.
• Engage with practices to share best clinical practices and support PCP engagement.
