Job summary

Pf Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to provide leadership in Sickle Cell Disease within US Medical Affairs. You will lead the hematology/endocrine team, engage with thought leaders, and guide medical strategies from development to lifecycle management of the SCD portfolio.

You will collaborate with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to support US plans, physician engagement, and evidence dissemination while contributing to training and materials for internal audiences.
