Job summary

Circle the City seeks a Medical Director of Service Line Coverage and Clinical Lead of Applied Medical Informatics to provide clinical leadership across all service lines and rotate among sites in Phoenix.

The role partners with the Informatics team to advance data-driven care, optimize Athenahealth EMR usage, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentor providers across service lines.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and standardize workflows.
• Collaborate with Informatics and IT teams to optimize health information systems.
• Support data integrity and population health reporting.
• Travel between organizational sites as needed.
