Job summary
Circle the City seeks a Medical Director of Service Line Coverage and Clinical Lead of Applied Medical Informatics to provide leadership for providers across all clinical service lines. This role rotates to different sites to understand workflows and to advance high‑quality, data‑driven care through QA initiatives and standardized clinical workflows.
You will optimize Athenahealth EMR functionality, support population health reporting, and collaborate with IT and operations to improve provider
Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification and AZ license.
- Experience leading quality improvement in healthcare.
- EMR optimization and clinical informatics expertise.
- Experience with Athenahealth and Azara DRVS preferred.
- Ability to travel between sites to support operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and patient care across service lines.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and adhere to guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Mentor providers and oversee Float Pool operations.
- Optimize health IT and informatics workflows.
- Support data integrity and reporting for population health.
